Quick answer

A practical GEO framework has four stages: audit how AI platforms currently describe your brand, structure your content and facts for clarity, build authority through consistent third-party signals, and monitor how your visibility changes over time.

Step 1 — Audit

Before changing anything, ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity what they know about your brand and your category. This surfaces gaps immediately — outdated facts, missing services, or simply not being mentioned at all when a relevant question is asked.

Step 2 — Structure

Rewrite key pages so your core facts are stated directly and consistently: what you do, who it's for, where you're based, and what makes you different. Add clear headings and an FAQ section written in direct question-and-answer form — one of the most citable content formats available.

Step 3 — Build authority

AI models weigh third-party validation heavily — reviews, press coverage, case studies and mentions from credible sources all reinforce that your brand is real and trustworthy. This is slower work than structuring your own site, but it compounds over time.

Step 4 — Monitor

Re-run your audit questions periodically. Track whether your brand starts appearing, whether the facts are accurate, and whether competitors are mentioned instead. Treat this as an ongoing practice, not a one-time fix — AI models retrain and update constantly.

This four-step loop is the foundation of our AI Visibility method — a capability we're actively building out and refining with early clients.
